Not just any player, Matt was a top 100 world-ranked golfer and reached the esteemed position of World Number 4 Amateur Golfer, representing England and competing alongside legends like Tiger Woods, Bill Clinton, Donald Trump, Nick Faldo, and Greg Norman.

This period of his life was not just about sports but about developing a mindset of discipline, focus, and determination that would later define his professional career.

Transitioning from sports to real estate, Matt brought the same level of dedication and excellence to the property sector. His leadership at Carver Real Estate has been characterised by a commitment to excellence, innovation, and mentorship, guiding the firm to become a leader in Melbourne’s high-end property projects.

Matt’s educational background from the University of Melbourne provided him with a solid foundation in understanding the nuances of real estate, which he has skillfully applied in his projects.

Notable projects like Pavilion Armadale and Buxton in Footscray stand testament to his ability to drive success, with both developments selling out rapidly under his guidance.
